Building Information Modelling (BIM)

Our Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology allow us to have complete control over our structural design and a more efficient workflow on greenfield as well as brownfield projects. We are able to save on cost and due to structural steel detailing being in house we can save on time with having less back and forth communications with fabricators. We are also able to provide much more accurate budget estimate in pre-engineering phase of the project using BIM technology. 

 

Our Building Information Modelling (BIM) services offers several advantages in AEC projects:

  • Workshop drawings, NC files and Bill of Materials (BOM) are automatically generated from the 3D model.

  • Fabricator would have all the necessary information in the bidding stage. 

  • The NC files would seamlessly integrated with the fabricator workflows and can be directly inputted into the fabricator's machines.
